Abstract

Some religions of the world enhance different forms of art as
Hinduism provided religious base for the music, painting and
sculpture while Buddhism took the art of sculpture to heights and
became famous under the name of Gandhara art. Though some
famous Islamic thoughts remained against Art due to which Art could
not get the respect and honor among the Muslims which has been
discussed earlier in other works. In this article this aspect of Islamic
thought has been discussed.
