Abstract

Urdu literature and Persian culture are closely interlinked. In the
Subcontinent, Persian culture was introduced through Persian
language in the reign of the Muslims. In the same way, Persian
culture influenced other languages and fields of life. Literature that is
closer to life and is the reflection of life which cannot be escaped
from cultural impact. That’s why, Persian culture also influenced the
poetry of N.M Rashed. The impact of irarani culture on the
intellectual and artistic aspects of his poetry can be observed clearly.
The current research study examines the longest and famous Poem
Hasan Kozagar (1-4) from cultural perspective.
