The Art of Rubaai and Rubai writings of Naseer Zinda

Abstract

Although there is a very short number of quatrain poets in Pakistan,
but still its quiet pleasing that some poets are connected with this
genre while most even don't know the technique and diversity of
quatrain. Naseer Zinda is a legendary poet of this genre who has been
constantly writing in this delicate genre. He has a unprecedented
command on quatrain and is adding a valuable contribution in this
genre. In this article, the style, diction and technique of quatrains of
Naseer Zinda are discussed so that the intellects may put their focus
on this outstanding genre.
