Abstract

Qurant ul Ain is an Urdu Novelist. She wrote novels in the
perspectives of post-colonization of sub-continent. The story of this
novel revolves around a revolutionary movement in Bengal. After
critical analysis, we can observe many conflicts among the characters
of this novel. All the feminine characters are very strong and
dominant. They decide themselves and act like a heroine. They rebel
the prevailing traditions of their society under a psychological
conflict. They do not bother about the prevailing religious
obligations. They do not follow the social values of their families and
societies. They meet their tragically ending at the end. They have
their own concept of revolution.
