Abstract

The analytical study aimed to find out the philosophical views of Great Thinker AllamaIqbal's on women’s education. The data has been collected from multiple authors’ perception about AllamaIqbal and his views about women. After careful analysis it is found that AllamaIqbal's educational philosophy for women is in accordance with the basic Islamic teachings of Quran and Sunnah. He wanted to see women in the same circle that Islam has taught them and they are supporters of the same limits related to women that have been established by Islam. They do not make women so bound. The prevailing concept of restriction has not understood and does not give that much freedom. What the West has given to women, therefore, their philosophy of education is a supporter of such an educational environment and such a curriculum for women. In which they can use all their abilities in a better way. AllamaIqbal has said the same thing in his philosophy of feminism and it is in accordance with the very nature of it, this deviation and violation leads to the inevitable deterioration and chaos of the society. Therefore, they are accepting of keeping women as women in his educational philosophy.
