Abstract

The Masnavi "PUS CHAY BAYAD KURD AIY AQWAM-E-SHURQ MA MUSAFIR" which contains on the central theme of his poetry. In this Masnavi, Iqbal has informed the nations of the East about the Western Devil Manoeuvrism through his visionary Prudence poetry. Here the East symbolizes for light on the West for Dark. For Eastern people the Sun stands for the personality of Hazrat Muhammad PBUH and only with His blessings the Islamic nation can compete against Western. Nations the Masnavi "Musafir" is the story of journey of Afghanistan. Iqbal has used this Masnavi to communicate his unique ideas. In this article, the effort has been made to present the critical and research view point of this Masnavi.
